I'd go with one of the darker haired ones personally. But remember it's up to you. In the end you are the one who has to deal with the character's appearance.

male eles dnt generaly look good however nightfall male eles are okay i suggest you make one there.... if you can't find a good looking one just make a joke char. My mates ele is called Koss Hair elemental Best name and look on a ele that i have ever seen

The second, though I find them all ugly, I hate all Factions Characters, eyes growing back inside are just ugly.

Of those? #4. Although I think #3 has the potential to look better with darker skin.
Seriously though, I don't like Factions eles in general. The males are =\ and the females look irritatingly VAPID.
